Last updated 2026-05-19 · Contact support@gole.video
These terms govern your use of Gole, including credits, subscriptions, AI generation, and stored assets.
Service overview
Gole provides an AI creative studio for image, video, and music generation. You access the service with a Google account and spend credits to run generation tasks.
Gole integrates third-party providers including Kie.ai for model execution, Creem for payments, Supabase for accounts, Cloudflare R2 for storage, and Resend for email.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Credits and billing
Gole sells access through subscriptions and one-time credit packs. Credits are consumed when you start or hold generation tasks according to each model's pricing rules.
Subscription credits may expire at the end of a billing period unless rolled over under your plan rules. Credit pack credits do not expire unless stated otherwise at purchase.
Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Pricing, taxes, and receipts are handled through Creem checkout and the customer portal.
Generated content
You are responsible for prompts, uploads, references, and how you use outputs. You must comply with applicable law and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Model quality, availability, latency, and supported parameters may change when upstream providers update their services.
- Do not use Gole to create illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to bypass safety systems or provider restrictions.
- Commercial use is allowed only where permitted by your plan and applicable law.
Storage and retention
Successful outputs may be stored in your asset library for a retention period based on your plan. Gole may delete expired assets without notice after the retention window.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Upstream AI provider outages may affect generation even when Gole is online.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for Gole, users, or providers. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimer and liability
Gole is provided on an as-is basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that outputs will meet a particular creative or commercial standard.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gole's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid to Gole in the twelve months before the claim.
