Refund Policy

Refunds are processed through Creem. Credit usage affects eligibility.
Payment provider
Creem is the merchant of record for Gole purchases. Refund requests may be handled through Creem or Gole support depending on the transaction type.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription through the Creem customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period unless required by law or explicitly approved.
If a subscription payment is refunded, unused subscription credits for that period may be removed from your account.
Credit packs
Credit packs are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. If a pack was purchased in error and no credits were spent, contact support within 7 days.
Failed generations
If a generation fails before provider costs are incurred, held or spent credits should be returned according to the task ledger. Partial provider charges may not be refundable.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed. We may freeze remaining credits tied to the disputed payment.
