Privacy Policy

We collect account data from Google sign-in (such as email, name, and avatar), billing metadata from Creem, prompts and generation parameters, uploaded reference media, generated outputs, support messages, and basic usage logs.

We use this data to authenticate you, deliver generation services, calculate credits, store assets, send transactional email, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Generation inputs and outputs are sent to Kie.ai or other model providers to fulfill your requests. Payments are processed by Creem. Files may be stored in Cloudflare R2. Account data is stored in Supabase. Transactional email is sent through Resend.

Prompts and media you submit are not private from model providers once a task is submitted.

We retain account and billing records as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. Generated assets follow plan retention rules and may be deleted after expiration.

You may request account deletion or export by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
